This is really nice Michelle. I like the tonal range. can i make a teeny crit though. The eye to the left of the picture seems to be a fraction larger than the other. No biggie, just thought i'd chip in my two cents if you wanted any feedback.
btw, are you sure she's nice? Old lady's may look friendly but underneath their blue hair and knitted cardi lie an evil i cannot begin to comprehend! (ok, maybe its just my neighbour...but i will be forever wary now)

Actually this old lady looks a little grumpy. maybe she has lots to complain about :)
